通嘉科技推出新一代高效率、高整合型PD Total Solution解决方案之LD968/9x+LD8528D+LD6935A333, 产品覆盖 45W 到 65W 功率等级范围,高集成度加高性能让IC在操作上可满足PD输出电压变化应用,同时也大幅度提高功率密度来符合市场小型化需求,下文将详细介绍这三颗IC特色。PpFednc

主控LD968/9x 采用混合模式(CCM+QR) 工作且内置E-Mode或D-Mode GaN,低压重载时可以操作于连续(CCM)模式(65/ 85/ 100KHz)提高带载能力,准谐振模式(QR)工作频率最大到达227KHz,以及外部可调整式过温度保护机制(External OTP), 并符合单层、双层PCB加工工艺。IC在不同输入电压、输出电压以及输出功率的情况下,自适应切换最佳频率操作模式,以提高系统工作效率。无论是对于美国能源局所订定的规范(US DOE Level VI)或是欧盟发布的法规(EU CoC Tier-2),都可以符合新能源法规。PpFednc

LD6935A333是次级侧的USB电源传输(USB PD)Type-C控制器,专为USB Type-C电源传输应用而设计,如电源适配器、钳式充电器、车载充电器、移动电源等。嵌入式8位MCU用于处理PD协议、策略引擎和设备管理器,内置双相标记编码(BMC)用于USB PD通信。LD6935A333具有增强的电气特性。11位ADC可以提供更高精度的保护。集成模拟线补提优化了线性补偿特性。除了增强了电气特性外,LD6935A333还集成了VBUS N-MOS(30V/7mohm),以最大限度地减少外部组件。LD6935A333优化的BMC PD通信系统,简化了外围接口电路。LD6935A333采用WSOP-8封装,较小的8引脚封装将具有更高的功率密度。它在PD应用中具有体积小、BOM成本低的优点。PpFednc
