通嘉科技推出新一代高效率、高整合型PD Total Solution解决方案之LD968/9x+LD8528D+LD6935A333, 产品覆盖 45W 到 65W 功率等级范围,高集成度加高性能让IC在操作上可满足PD输出电压变化应用,同时也大幅度提高功率密度来符合市场小型化需求,下文将详细介绍这三颗IC特色。
主控LD968/9x 采用混合模式(CCM+QR) 工作且内置E-Mode或D-Mode GaN,低压重载时可以操作于连续(CCM)模式(65/ 85/ 100KHz)提高带载能力,准谐振模式(QR)工作频率最大到达227KHz,以及外部可调整式过温度保护机制(External OTP), 并符合单层、双层PCB加工工艺。IC在不同输入电压、输出电压以及输出功率的情况下,自适应切换最佳频率操作模式,以提高系统工作效率。无论是对于美国能源局所订定的规范(US DOE Level VI)或是欧盟发布的法规(EU CoC Tier-2),都可以符合新能源法规。

当PD改变输出电压时,一次侧辅助绕组电压也会跟随变化,芯片 FB引脚可通过侦测绕组电压不同自动改变降频曲线让在不同输出电压时都工作在最佳频率点,使PD有效提高了每一个电压点效率如图3降频曲线说明.

LD8528D是通嘉新一代次级侧同步整流驱动器IC。它适用于CCM、DCM和QR模式下的反激式低压侧和高压侧同步整流。

LD6935A333是次级侧的USB电源传输(USB PD)Type-C控制器,专为USB Type-C电源传输应用而设计,如电源适配器、钳式充电器、车载充电器、移动电源等。嵌入式8位MCU用于处理PD协议、策略引擎和设备管理器,内置双相标记编码(BMC)用于USB PD通信。LD6935A333具有增强的电气特性。11位ADC可以提供更高精度的保护。集成模拟线补提优化了线性补偿特性。除了增强了电气特性外,LD6935A333还集成了VBUS N-MOS(30V/7mohm),以最大限度地减少外部组件。LD6935A333优化的BMC PD通信系统,简化了外围接口电路。LD6935A333采用WSOP-8封装,较小的8引脚封装将具有更高的功率密度。它在PD应用中具有体积小、BOM成本低的优点。
